Trainers and Instructors Associated with Rosehill
There are currently two trainers associated with Rosehill.  The Trainers/Instructors, have their own programs, and offer these programs at Rosehill Stables.  Rosehill only promotes trainers who are respectful, constructive, talented and actively practicing/showing.  Rosehill is proud to be associated with the following Trainers/Instructors:

Stacy Smith - In Harmony Equine Training
Stacy has trained with internationally renowned trainers in dressage.  She has over 10 years experience in riding and showing and has been teaching and training for another 10 years.  She presently has a number of young  horses in training and shows for various owners. Stacy recently won a National Championship at the Kentucky Horse Park riding an Akhal-Teke mare.  She has been very successful showing Akhal-Tekes, and has several Warmbloods, including one of  Rosehill's Friesians in training.   While recently abroad in Germany, Stacy earned her Trainer C Level Certification and a Bronze Performance Medal.  Stacy is successfully showing Jaap, Rosehill's 7 year old Friesian gelding.  You can reach Stacy by emailing us at Rosehill.  Stacy owns and operates her dressage training and lesson program, In Harmony Equine Training.  We are delighted to have her based at Rosehill.
Janie Smith - Two Hearts One Language lesson program
Since 1989, Janie Smith has operated a working equine facility in Monroe, North Carolina as a full service boarding and training facility. She has been an instructor of natural horsemanship, dressage, jumping, working western, first time owners' education, and a fearful riders program. Over the last two decades, Janie has developed her ability to teach her principals of balanced riding and natural horsemanship by studying under today’s well known leaders in the fields such as John Lyons, Josh Lyons, Dave Seay, and Pat Parelli and many others. She has also completed level one certification with EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Assoc.  She has generously shared her knowledge and personal experiences in numerous clinics, including the Southern Horse Festival and the Carolina Classic Horse Expo, and collegiate courses that have taught many people how to communicate with and learn from these marvelous animals. Janie has been an active member of REINS, SHOE, the North Carolina Horse Council, as well as an invaluable volunteer for numerous equine rescue groups across the state. In 2001, the University of South Carolina approved her as the instructor for their students wishing to learn horsemanship. Her students participated in AHSA, USDF, and USCTA rated shows in many disciplines.  carousel1986@aol.com .
