The Inn

In the Georgian style, the Inn, scheduled to open in late 2012 - early 2013 will feature full wrap around porches on three sides. All five luxurious guest suites, each with a private bath, will have french doors to the porches.

Two guest rooms will be located on the lower level, including one ADA accessible suite, and three more guest rooms will be located on the second level.

The Inn is designed with beautifully decorated public rooms and a magnificently designed center stair hall to accommodate a wide range of events from weddings to reunions or executive retreats, conferences or business meetings.

The Stables

The Stables feature 18 stalls, two hot & cold water grooming/wash bays, and tack room.

All stalls are 12 x 12

All stalls are rubber matted

All stalls have automatic waterers

Rosehill Stables uses high quality locally and on-premises grown fescue hay

There are 9 large pastures for turnout

Only high quality Purina or Nutrena feeds are used

Full sized lighted dressage arena with Rocky River sand footing

80 x 200 covered arena for all weather riding

Stable clients have use of the facilities, including the Lodge and grounds, the lighted arena and covered arena.

On site lesson program and trainer.
